So if you're reading this on the 11th, which is when it'll be scheduled to be released, I'll have you know that it's actually not written very much in advanced, haha. I ran out of scheduled posts! At one point, I had 9 all lined up and ready to go, then I got lazy and now I have... 0. Gonna work hard tonight for a bit even though I'm already quite.. sleepy.
I don't understand that white highlighting either! It's so strange, they just randomly show up in the published version, but when I go into my posts to edit, it's not there. I'm a total noob at websites and html, all that, but I had to manually delete all the span tag that makes the font background white... where do they come from!!

Anyway, I can't fix it without knowing how they get there in the first place, so... getting back on topic, this was from a high school catchup! This was their "Seasonal Sharing Plate with Italian casa panotte bread – mini sundried tomato and mushroom arancini balls, Baked ricotta blended with olives and sundried tomato and Caprese salad – tomato, basil and boconcini".

With a wonderful view, the Armory Wharf Cafe at Newington was really crowded that day... I remember it was a Saturday, so no wonder. Above: "Zucchini and fennel fritters with cucumber, garlic yoghurt dressing".

BT's Crispy fried soft shell crab w/ pineapple & chilli salsa, served on a salad of pickled cucumber, rocket, spanish onion, Vietnamese mint and coriander.

Armory Ploughman's Lunch – Patchett's pork pie (served at room temp.), olive and basil sour dough, tomato chilli jam, pickled baby gherkins, caramelised onion potato frittata, selected brie and heidi gruyere cheese! FL and I shared this between the two of us because we wanted to be greedy and have dessert after this! Loved the selection of this dish though, won't get bored eating it!

I love soft cheese. The creamy, smooth texture with crackers... XD Hard cheese is ok too (kraft's cheddar anyone? With butter cream over a sponge cake~)

Their pie was pretty good too, but a bit small, though I guess this is really meant to be a one-person dish.

JL's Corn and Zucchini Cakes served with smoked salmon with dill yoghurt sauce, avocado and tomato salsa, roquette.

Dessert time! Blackberry and Raspberry Flan~ I guess we could have gone a little more creative with the dessert... oh well, next time! Will be back here anyway, since it's on the cafe series database~

Then we cycled! For 2+ hours straight! Rented bikes from nearby and rode all the way to Ikea, which was pretty fun. I haven't cycled like this since 4 years ago in Kyoto! We didn't have very much time to stop by Ikea though, only had time to grab a soft serve for 50c and rode all the way back, trying to beat the setting sun and return the bikes before the shop closes.
